Stays are usually one week or multiples up to 4 weeks max, with arrival from 17.00 to 19.00 p.m., preferably on Saturdays, and departure within 9.30 a.m. of the following Saturday, except for different written agreements. At their arrival in Florence, customers are kindly requested to call the mobile phone number as indicated in ?CONTACTS?, so to allow the meeting, keys delivery, explanations about the house and its equipments.

At their arrival at home, customers are kindly requested to show their pass or identity card, give copy of them and pay the deposit sum.

At their departure customers are kindly requested to give the keys back (in case one or more keys have been lost, the cost for lock replacement shall be debited) and to pay the electricity/phone charges, if due, and, in any case, the cost for final cleaning. These costs will be deducted from the deposit left by the customers at their arrival.
